Frequently Asked Questions

We can only remove minor surface scratches and charge $70 for a 30 cm x 30 cm space for polished scratch removals.

Please remember that (paint chipped) or deeper scratches require a re-spray; this is not something we do. However, we are always happy to point you in the right direction to a business specialising in vehicle panel beating and re-sprays.

All the areas we currently operate in are listed on the “Our Service Areas” page, and this includes the surrounding suburbs.

We will come to you whether you’re in the city or in the outskirts. Just give us a call and let us know where you are. We’re looking forward to hearing from you soon!

No need because we are fully equipped with water and electricity.

We do, however, need two parking spaces for our mobile car detailing services. So, if you live in an apartment, make sure there is plenty of space for us to do the service, and we will handle the rest

It depends on the service you choose and the condition of your vehicle. It can take anywhere from 1 hour to 8 hours. Our express cleaning service can be done in as little as 30 minutes to an hour, while our top-of-the line pre-sale detail might take up to two days.

No matter what your needs are, we have a service that will be perfect for you. We’ll give you an estimate of how long it will take when you book so that there are no surprises later on.

Note: Our time estimates are also given on our package bookings page

We take all major credit and debit cards, provide an invoice to our business clients, and accept cash payments (with change on board).

In order to provide the best service possible, we are equipped to facilitate any type of transaction quickly and easily, whether you’re paying by card or cash.

Clay bars have been around for a long time, and many professional detailers will swear by them. A “clay bar” is a resin compound designed to remove contaminants from your vehicle’s surface. The clay bar will lift these contaminants off the surface so you can apply a new layer of protection.

Many detailers will use a clay bar before they wax or polish the vehicle. This is because the clay bar will remove any contaminants that could interfere with the wax or polish. The clay bar is also great for removing tree sap, bug guts, and tar.

Just like anything else, machine polishing is safe in the hands of someone who knows what they’re doing. We’ve seen it happen too many times. Someone buys a cheap buffer and starts polishing their car without understanding the basic concepts of how paint works. The result is a car that looks hazy and feels rough to the touch. In some cases, they’ve even removed most of the clear coat.

But when used properly, machine polishing is a magnificent tool that can bring out the shine in your car’s paint. We use it all the time to remove minor imperfections and restore the lustre of dull, faded paint. And we do it without harming the clear coat or removing any of the paint.

Paint protection, whether it’s a spray-on finish or a transparent film wrap, preserves the paint from the elements and protects it from scratches, UV damage, and other deterioration. A good paint protection product will add years of life to your car’s paint job, keeping it looking shiny and new for longer. Not to mention, it can also help you avoid costly repairs down the line.

Their effectiveness, however, still depends on your maintenance routine. Professional washing on a regular basis is still recommended to get the most out of your coating.

Before having your vehicle detailed, we ask that you remove all of your personal belongings and valuables from inside the vehicle. If you have a baby seat or seat cover, please remove it.

We clean every area of the vehicle, such as door pockets, seat pockets, centre consoles, glove boxes, trays, and the boot area. This may seem like it is not very important, but it is something we greatly appreciate because it saves us time and allows us to do a more thorough job.

Well, if you have a well-lit, covered area with sufficient space to work in, we can still detail your vehicle. If you don’t have a covered area, you may have to reschedule for the next available date. We’ll send a notification before your booking schedule.

We recommend that you’ll be available for the entire duration of the service. This way, you can ask any questions that may arise and be there to ensure that you are happy with the results.

Of course, we understand that not everyone can be available for the entire service. If this is the case, we recommend that you at least be home when the detailers arrive and finish. This way, you can give them a quick rundown of what you expect and then be there to inspect their work when they are done.

We want to make sure you’re satisfied with the work we’ve done, and the best way to do that is through communication. Sometimes it takes a little back-and-forth before we can achieve the results you desire. So please let us know if you have questions or concerns.

The workshop will be closed from 1 December to 6 January for upgrades and system installations.
